Test Pumps

The Diaphragm series hydrostatic test pumps are large volume, medium pressure test pumps, with flow rates up to 56 GPM, and pressures ranging to 600 PSI, designed to test large diameter water lines up to 96" and above. Exceptionally smooth and quiet operation in comparison to the twin diaphragm, the triple diaphragm requires no pressure accumulator. Exclusive to the RICE Hydro triple diaphragm pump is the “DURAphragm technology”, where pressure is spread across the entire face of the diaphragm virtually eliminating torn, damaged diaphragms. Another design upgrade is the inlet suction diaphragm assembly,eliminating the concern for ruptured diaphragms caused by pressure feeding, is now a separate assembly from the pump, which can be added at any time.

Hand Pumps

Designed for testing small diameter water lines, in areas such as landscaping, plumbing, and residential. Unique dual checkvalve system reduces water bleed-back and user fatigue. The series offers three pressure ranges of 500, 1000, or 1500 PSI; also available with an optional pressure regulator assembly.

Piston & Roller Series are mid volume, medium pressure hydrostatic pumps. Designed for testing lines up to 16 inches in diameter. This unit is dependable and simple to run. These are medium volume high pressure hydrostatic test pump designed for testing boilers, vessels, process piping, steam and gas lines. Optional wheel and handle kit for portability. The Rice TR-series is a line of large volume high pressure hydrostatic test pumps, with flow rates up to 4.5 GPM, and pressures ranges up to 5000 PSI. Available in gas, electric, or diesel powered units. Designed for testing boilers, vessels, process piping, steam and gas lines.

Rice manufactures HP-series pumps which are pneumatically driven hydrostatic test pumps, with pressure ranges of 300 PSI up to 30,000 PSI. Lightweight (42 lbs) and compact (22"x14"x14") designed for testing in tight confined spaces, such as on board ships and oil rigs.
